How do I hear the band?

We offer videos on the site and the same videos appear on youtube as well.

Currently we are not "shwocasing" the band, but the videos show you exactly what you'll get!!!

What are your prices?

Please see our "rates" page by clicking the link up top.

Can you play requests?

YES! We love to perform repertoire that has special emotional meaning for our clients. We have performed everything from the Batman Movie Theme, to "Mambo Italiano", The Love Story Theme and more - on request.

Just let us know if you have any very special songs and we'll be happy to play them.

Do you play dance music and pop?

We love to branch out and play other types of music on a special request basis. We can play just about whatever you want, and love all types of music. We love to get funky and see people dance!!!

That being said - please hire us for what we do best, which is playing jazz. If you want top 40 as the main music of your wedding - with disco, motown and salsa thrown in there, there are many typical wedding bands who specialize in that sort of thing.

Can we meet with you in person?

YES ABSOLUTELY! If you feel that we are possibly the band for you we can meet in person to discuss YOUR desires and needs, budget, songs and so on.

Do you have a song list?

YES! It is always growing, and therefore always getting outdated and revised.

Can you Emcee / Make Announcements?

YES! No problem at all. We will do so in a charming, non - cheesy manner.

Can You Provide References?

YES! We will happily give you contact info of previous clients. Just ask.

Are the musicians on the CD the ones that will be playing?

YES! We are a set band. In the event that someone in the bandis ill or away we have fill ins - but this is the exception, not the norm. Either way, we all have musical relationships together that are 15 years & longer which means the fill in musicians are awesome as well.

How long has "A Touch of Jazz" been together?

We formed in 1996 and have been playing weddings and parties ever since.

We have a relative that sings...can he /she sing a song?

Absolutely. We are here to make your family day a happy joyous one!
